Broccoli

Broccoli is a vegetable that spread out from the Mediterranean to all around the world.

Storage

Cilantro can be stored in the fridge for about 1 week. It is no longer good if it becomes slimy or turns brown.

Usage

The thick green stem and the dark green bumpy florets are edible both cooked and raw. They are prepared by cutting the head into individual stalks with one bunch of florets on top. Particularly thick skinned stalks can be peeled with a potato peeler for easier consumption. You can cook broccoli in a variety of ways, from roasted to boiled.
